ICS has recently launched our own 3D virtual character “Nycu” to promote technological development and innovative integrated services.
The VTuber “Nycu” was the developed by the Foxtail team. The promotion of “Nycu” is the current goal of ICS’s HAI (human-agent interaction) project, and hopefully Nycu can represent the university to bridge the communications among different campuses in the future.
